How We Help You
Whether wind or hail, we make sure all roof, siding, fence, interior and personal property damage get addressed to the full value the policy affords.
Did you know that there are three types of water damage? Clean water (pipe break), grey water (washing machine, toilet and tub), and black water (sewage, flood).
Did you know that without a Public Adjuster’s representation, a fire claim can take over 6 months to resolve?
How does it work?
REVIEW
Your contract for insurance is a document that is often complicated and difficult to understand . We carefully review your policy for specific coverage and conditions.
DOCUMENT
Your policy requires you to prove your loss. We prepare estimates, inventories, photographs, and all the needed supporting documentation. We then file the proper paperwork with your insurance carrier.
NEGOTIATE
We advise you through the whole process and once we've proven you have a valid claim with your insurance company, we can then negotiate a final settlement for you.
We help you by (1) estimating the scope of loss, (2) managing your claim through the dispute resolution process, and (3) consulting with owners about minimizing property risk in the future.
How Do I Sign Up?
We need your signed “Agreement to Represent” and your signed “Notice to Insurance Company." If your claim is at the Appraisal stage, we need your signed “Appraisal Agreement.” This allows us to advocate on your behalf.
We need your Insurance Policy, including Declarations page, that was in place at the time of the loss. This helps us advocate for recovery of insured losses.
How Do You Get Paid?
We use a "betterment," or contingency fee, contract where payment is contingent on settlement of your claim. In plain English, you only pay for our services if we make you better off than before we got involved. Refer to our representation agreement for all terms and conditions.
We are paid a minority percentage of insurance payments issued after we became involved in your claim. The rate for adjusting services is limited by state law.
